Whilst getting a little excited for the charity fashion show, I had a look at some pictures from my college fashion show. I loved every show we took part in, but my favourite had to be the final collection, I based      mine on Studio 54 and had Blondie playing as my models walked down the catwalk, it was a very special moment to see all of my hard work pay off. 

Chanel Pre Fall 2011/12

I know we are still in winter 10/11, however I did get a little excited to see a couple of the Pre Fall collections, one of my favourite being Chanel. I loved the elegance and glamour of the collection. Looking at this collection was also helping me with ideas for what to wear for New Years Eve, although I do not have exact plans yet, I'm not really organised, I still need an outfit!!! Any suggestions for New Year are more than welcome, whats everybody's plans?

So, it's been a couple of weeks since my last post, I hope everybody had a lovely Christmas, mine was full of illness but I was with family and got some pretty special presents which made up for it. I have been very busy too, I got some extremely exciting news involving a charity fashion show, that I will keep you updated on, but it is a huge opportunity for me. I have also had a little bit of uni work to do which has kept me busy.

Harper's Bazaar reveals exclusive images from Ford's debut behind-closed-doors show. With Beyonce leading the show, I cannot wait to get my hands on the January issue, out on 6th Dec. Also I think Emily Blunt looks stunning in the image pictured above.

Let it Snow!!!

So, I am looking at what can only be described as a blizzard, and I am having my very own snow day catching up on research. To my joy I came across this very lovely, and warm looking picture of Alexa Chung, from Vogue.com-Today I'm Wearing, 8/2/10. To say I am jealous would a bit of an understatement, I think a winter holiday is in order. I love what she is wearing, a shirt by Madewell, a romper from American Apparel, and sandals by Margaret Howell, all teamed with vintage sunglasses.

JONATHAN SAUNDERS to create Sport Collection for Escada

Scottish designer Jonathan Saunders has been enlisted by Escada to present a 20 piece collection as part of the label's 2010 resort collection.

"I think it's a great fit as the line is about cool femininity, relaxed chic, modern shapes and colour," Saunders told WWD.

I can't wait to see collections, due to be shown in London and Paris next June, what do you think about this collaboration?

With the holidays fast approaching, I have so many parties coming up so figured its about time to start shopping. I love River Island at the moment, which is where all these pieces are from, and there is also some very good offers on PartyWear on their website. I'm also obsessed with House of Holland for Pretty Polly tights, they are definitely going to be a key accessory for me over the holidays.

Emma Watson to WorK with Alberta Ferretti

Is there no end to Emma Watson's talents. Movie star, attendee of an Ivy league US University, the face of Burberry and now a growing reputation as a fashion power house. Following the success of her collaboration with People Tree, she is now going on to create an organic collection with Alberta Ferretti. The collection as described by Watson will be 'classic with a 60's style,' I cant wait to see it!
I'm also loving the sophisticated new look, she looked truly stunning at the Harry Potter premier.

Winter Is Here.....

...Isn't it just, i'm going to have to sort my winter wardrobe out as the cold weather creeps in. I'm really loving the layering trend at the moment, especially when you see faux fur teamed with floaty chiffons. This image is from Topshop, the jacket is definately on my wish list.
